Peppermint Bark

Make your own quick & easy Peppermint Bark using Glad Bake & Cooking® Paper & Snap Lock® Reseal Bags.

First, generously grease a deep baking tray and line it with Glad Bake & Cooking® Paper.

Melt milk chocolate and pour it into the tray, using a spatula to spread it into an even layer. Leave it to cool in the fridge while you create the next layer.

Place candy canes in a Glad Snap Lock® Reseal Bag and smash them with a rolling pin.

Next, melt white chocolate and stir in a teaspoon of peppermint extract. Pour the white chocolate over the set milk chocolate and gently spread in an even layer.

Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the white chocolate and leave to harden in the fridge.

Once set, break the bark into pieces with your hands or cut with a knife.
