Fruit Roll-Ups
These dried fruit roll ups are a healthier alternative to store-bought roll-ups, and they make great snacks. Even better, they’re quite simple to make!
Start by processing your fruit in a food processer (we’ve used blueberries, strawberries, mango and raspberries) with a teaspoon of lemon juice, until smooth.
Then, carefully spoon lines of your purees onto a sheet of Glad to be Green® Compostable Bake Paper. Make sure to spread them thin so they’re almost transparent.
Bake in the oven at 70 degrees until strips are dried out for about 3-4 hours.
Once dry, use scissors to cut strips and roll up.
Pop them in your kids’ lunchboxes for a healthy recess snack, or for yourself as an afternoon treat!
