Baking Tray Pancakes

Simply lay a sheet of baking paper on an oven tray and cover it with your favourite pancake batter. Top with strawberries or blueberries for some extra sweetness!
Cook in the oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked through. Cut into squares, stack and drizzle with maple syrup or honey.
